Gallery for Peace

Gallery for Peace is part of a series of exhibitions within the inter-institutional initiative Collections on the Move. The gesture of solidarity by the artists who endorsed the message behind the international exhibitions in Slovenj Gradec during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s marks the beginning of the story and realizes the idea of a Gallery for Peace. By emphasising certain topics and through dialogues with contemporary artists, the exhibition presented this segment of the collection of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art Koroška.
